Pasolivo certified EVOO, made from Tuscan olives, is grown and pressed on the Paso Robles Ranch. This is a limited-release, estate-bottled extra virgin olive oil made from handpick Italian varietals–including Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Lucca and Moraiolo–crush them immediately and leave the oil unfiltered before releasing it right away.
